What are your hours?
We operate as a private studio and are by appointment only. If you need to drop in, Tuesdays and Fridays between 11am - 3pm are ideal!

How do I book an appointment?
Just use the handy form under the “Book” page.

Do you take walk-ins?
We don’t normally do walk-ins. If there is an opening the artist will post the availability on their Instagram page.

How much do you charge?
The shop rate is $150 plus tax per hour. (Apprentice rate differs)

How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?
You must be 18 or older!

Do I need a consultation?
In most cases yes, but if you live out of town, just want flash, or are looking to get something super straight forward, we can do the consult via e-mail!

How much is the deposit and why do I have to pay one?
The deposit is $115 and will come off the total cost of your tattoo (or the last appointment if it’s multiple sessions). It is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and is needed to secure your appointment - we cannot guarantee one without it. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or the deposit will be lost. No shows will lose their deposit and will not be rebooked.

Can I see my drawing ahead of time?
Unfortunately we do not send drawings before the appointment date. Slight adjustments can be made the day of your tattoo!

What if I need to change my appointment?
Please contact us ASAP via e-mail with at least 48 hours notice. Please note that moving your appointment for a third time will result in a rescheduling fee.

What should I do to prepare for my tattoo?
Eat a good meal before your appointment and stay hydrated. Don’t drink alcohol the night before and make sure you are well rested. Bring small snacks and a drink to your appointment and make sure to dress appropriately for the area you are getting tattooed!

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
You may bring one friend.

Do you have gift cards?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift cards at this time, but if you would like to put money towards someone’s tattoo who already has their appointment booked, we will happily do that!

Do you do coverups or reworks?
Definitely, however some are more difficult than others so it’s up to the artist whether or not they are willing to take it on. (We also know a wicked laser centre to help zap old tattoos to make them easier to cover!)
